We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a review of the services provided. Below is our refund policy, which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

Yes Electric LLC offers a Service Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the services provided, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will endeavor to resolve your concerns by either re-performing the service at no additional cost or adjusting the service fee accordingly.

 

Conditions for a Full or Partial Refund

 

1. Non-Completion of Services: If Yes Electric LLC is unable to complete the services as agreed in the contract due to reasons within our control, customers are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid for those specific services.

2. Non-Compliance with Standards: If our work is found to be in non-compliance with standard electrical codes and this directly affects service functionality, customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund or rectification at no extra charge.

3. Cancellation by Customer: If a customer cancels a scheduled service more than 48 hours before the agreed-upon start time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Pre-Paid Services: For services paid in advance, if the customer decides to terminate the agreement prior to the start of the service, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

 

Limitations

Refunds or re-services are limited to the scope of work originally agreed upon. Any additional services or changes requested by the customer may incur additional charges.

 

Final Decisions

Final decisions on refunds will be made by Yes Electric LLC based on the conditions above and our commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
